I am not able to access a 360 survey that is shared with me. I can see it listed, but I can't look at the form, report, participants, etc. What’s happening?

Sometimes when users are unable to access a shared 360 survey, either the person who shared needs to select the correct permissions, or the user who is shared with needs to refresh their account. If neither works, I usually recommend changing browsers or clearing browser cache.
