Is self-evaluation a pre-requisite to activate subject evaluation settings options?

Dear all,is the self-evaluation a pre-requisite for subject evaluation settings? I mean, could a subject choose own evaluators if she/he is not entitled to self-evaluation? Moreover, are there any quick video showing the subject’s experience in choosing own evaluators, through the 360 portal I guess? Best regards,Pietro.

@Pietro MolonSo that subjects can nominate colleagues to provide feedback, they do not need self-assessment. The option can be disabled.I am not aware of any videos but honestly it’s not much to show…You have an area where you can ask for feedback. You can search for contacts and select them. Additionally, you need to select the relationship to the colleague.Once selected, the selected colleagues receives a feedback request. And the subject sees the requested feedback below the selection. If you have defined nomination requirements (in my case “at least 1 manager feedback”), this will be shown as a status. As I have already requested the feedback, it is shown as completed.BestChristian
