The attached screenshot shows a data table from a 360 report. It is a simple count of how many managers, peers, and directs rated the target SD, D, A, or SA. Yet I cannot find a way to add in a column for a count of how many managers, peers, and directs, also rated the target as NA. I’d like that column to appear between SA and the total.

You will only be able to add N/A in the data table if N/A is there as one of the response options in the your survey .
If it's not already an option, you will need to add it to display in the data table.
