NO DATA SECURITY ROLES IN QUALTRICS

Hello,
I'm wondering if someone else is facing the same issue with Qx.
We have 360° now fully self led but I'm the only admin at the moment having access to ALL the data.
I would like to give access to specific people in my org who have specific security accesses roles (like only for some regions for ex). So I would like for instance that a few support agent from the US access reports for the US only, same for EMEA, China etc...
At the moment you get FULL access or nothing...It does seem possible to share such responsibilities in the system. I have asked that this is put in the roadmap but specific date of implementation :-(
How are other customers handling this? specifically for countries like Germany, Austria who are very specific about who can access the data? How do you spread the access to such confidential data within your organization PLEASE?
