What considerations should I take into account when using dynamic benchmarks on an EE dashboard?

Hi @YenMejia_Voce ,

When using dynamic benchmarks on an Employee Engagement (EE) dashboard, there are several important considerations to keep in mind:

  1. Association with Org Hierarchy Units:

    • Dynamic comparison benchmarks must be associated with your org hierarchy units. This is crucial because the benchmark cut will change depending on the org hierarchy unit being viewed.
  2. Metric Type:

    • Dynamic comparison benchmarks may only be the Top Box / Bottom Box metric type. The metric type determines which widgets the benchmark can be displayed in.
  3. Widget Compatibility:

    • Ensure that the widgets you plan to use are compatible with the dynamic comparison benchmarks. Not all widgets may support this type of benchmark.
  4. Benchmark Data:

    • Make sure that the benchmark data you are using is relevant and up-to-date. This will ensure that the comparisons being made are accurate and meaningful.
  5. Benchmark Calculation:

    • Understand that benchmarks for categories are automatically calculated based on the benchmarks assigned to the items (survey questions) within the category. Benchmarks for categories will only appear in your widget if every item within that category has a benchmark value.

I hope this helps. Thank you!
