Current Problem: When you prepare a dashboard for release and leverage roles (within participants) you have options to restrict page permissions. Currently the problem is UI functionality that is laborious to have to select each page and again across your potential numerous roles, one by one.
Current Solution (if applicable): I have to select each page 'access' one by one multiple time which is laborious and error prone to miss one as sometimes the selection does not check
Possible Solution:  Reverse the default at this stage so that ALL PAGES are turned on, and you de-select pages that you do not. Intuitively you are more likely to have more pages to turn ON than you are to turn OFF.
Purpose / Use Case: EX user experience, UI improvements, efficiency, accuracy, consistency

    Hi ​@Simonmd14 ,

    Yes, this is still the same in Qualtrics. We need to do this manually each time to restrict pages and permissions for the role. Can you please add this feature idea so that the Qualtrics team can look into it?
