Has anyone done a survey about how employees feel about their roles & responsibilities?
+1We recently completed a full company survey and one of the areas of concern for our department was clarity around roles and responsibilities. We would like to dig into that topic in further detail using an anonymous link. Has anyone done something similar to this and would you be willing to share some of your questions?
+39You can ask rating questions like how below statement (roles and responsibilities statements) demonstrate you with scales like Never, Rarely,sometimes, regularly, always to know how much clear are people about company roles and responsibilities.
+2if the issue is isolated to a small dept, I generally advise to nominate a project lead, hold anonymous feedback sessions on what the question means to respondents, what they see as the problem, and then work on soliciting solutions. alternatively, if you'd like to run an additional survey, we include conditional text boxes that appear if you respond neutrally or unfavorably to a question, to ask respondents to give detail as to why they responded that way.
