Hiring Manager Survey with Candidate metadata

Hi all,
my organisation would like to have a Survey sent to the hiring manager about the hiring experience.
This creates some issues as the metadata needed to trigger the survey is connected to the candidate and not the manager.
We have all the automations in place, however, due to this requirements, the Hiring Manager's metadata gets overwritten in our Employee Directory.
Does anyone have a sort of workaround for this? In a dreamlike situation we would need a separate Employee Directory, but this is so far not available in the EX Brand.

I know this is one is old, but just I just came across this one, and I have built an Extension to solve this issue in EX.
It woks like this:

  • New hires are added to a Lifecycle project
  • A workflow runs and picks up the first user. 
  • The extension then picks up the details about the manager, and moves the new hire to a new survey, where the actual response will be added. 
  • The extension then delivers the link to take the response in the new survey, and it it also delivers the email and other details for the manager as piped text.
  • The manager can now get an email via the standard email task, with a link to complete the survey on behalf of the employee. 
  • That way a manager can complete as many surveys as they need in the EX project, and you will have all the details from the Employee that you can pull from the directory.

      Did Qualtrics develop a way to launch this type of survey?
