Historical response rates comparison widget

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

Hello,

I would like to display a comparison of response rates month over month for my Pulse surveys EX dashboard. I learnt that there is no widget that can accommodate this (Participation Summary widget displays only the current month’s data, and doesn’t support historical data).

Do you perhaps see any workaround to achieve this? Unfortunately I do not need just overall response rates (this I could achieve just by creating a static widget with textual info), I need the response rates to be adjusted when using filters.

Thank you!

@DaniN Unfortunatelly, this is not possible so far and I do not have a good workaround found. I just know that there is some feature request which you might want to vote for if not yet done.

Thank you @chackbusch. I have just voted for it, this is exactly what I am looking for too.

@DaniN, I created an excel chart that I uploaded into my Qualtrics Library. I then used that as a reference on my “Response Rates” page to provide some historical contextfor my surveys. We update these charts at the end of every year. It is not ideal, but at least it can give my users a look back into what RR looked like in previous years.

Thank you @XM_JoshB for the idea. I understand that your chart shows the overall historical response rates for your organization, right? It doesn’t get adjusted when filtering the results?

I have not come up with a dynamic solution for this, no. Our Technical Account Manager for Qualtrics did promise that we would have reponse rate time filtering/breakouts by end of year though.
