Typical qualtrics answer - try removing the mapped data and then adding it back in. Also make sure you have the correct field type set, it needs to be set as “Open Text.” 

@kgillis This helped and allowed me to choose that data on the widget (Response Ticker). However, I’m unable to display ONLY the answer choices that selected “Other”. I tried adding filters and no dice - any ideas?

To display the "Other - fill in the blank" text entry option from a multiple-choice question on a dashboard, ensure the field type is set to Open Text. Here’s how:

Change the Field Type to Open Text:

• When adding a feedback source, set the field type to Open Text to allow proper mapping of text entry responses in your dashboard.

Map Open Text in an EX Dashboard:

• Go to the dashboard data options and map the question with the "Other - fill in the blank" option to the appropriate field type.

If you have more than 100 responses in others, its better to assign topics in TextIQ, So that you can have decent breakup in your widget else your widget will have raw responses. 

Once you assign the topics in TextIQ, This will be automatically mapped into your dashboard. Then you can use this.

But,  Survey TextIQ and Dashboard TextIQ are not dependent
