We launched the Employee Engagement Survey. When we export the results, a field titled 'Impact on Engagement' displays with a percentage. These results vary by question across leaders. How is this field ultimately calculated? We are trying to figure out how to intepret this information's relevancy. This information also shows on a graph format that plots each question by overall score and overall impact.
