Know how many leaders have met the anonymity treshold  | XM Community

Hello,

I have a project in EX where we have built a parent-child type hierarchy. Currently, I want to find an easy way to know how many and which leaders have met the anonymity threshold required to view responses from their units.

What options do I have?

Thank you!

Juan,

The method I know is to download the data from the dashboard. Make sure the hierarchy filter is applied, and then export the scores by organizational unit. This process might take some time, but with this file, you’ll have a clear view of which leaders—or rather, which organizational units—meet the anonymity threshold.

I hope this information is helpful.

Yes you can use export scores by org hierarchy and you need to enable that permission. It takes quite long time to get file but is very helpful.

Hi Juan,

Another way to determine whether the units meet the anonymity threshold is by using the option in the Hierarchy settings: Highlight Units that Don’t Meet Anonymity Threshold (see the screenshot below).

This option will highlight the units that lack sufficient direct reports to meet the anonymity threshold.
