Manager ID locked for editing | XM Community

I have 2 employees who are assigned to the wrong manager ID (everything else is fine) and I want to change them manually however the field is greyed out and I cant change. Any ideas? I don't want to upload a new file.

If you are talking about the Employee Directory, then you might need to check the permissions for the field. Ensure you have the necessary permission to edit the field, and you might need the 'Manage Directory' permission.
