Hi all-
My execs are asking if we can add more benchmarks alongside our engagement survey results. Right now we are using the Qualtrics benchmarks (Kenexa WorldNorms, I believe) and an industry set provided by our consulting partner every two years.
Curious if anyone has suggestions for other resources that have been well received in your work.
