Hello Experts
I have created automation wherein operational data like gender and department of the candidate is flowing from HR system , but to use the same data in dashboard, this data should attach to the respondents. When we map the data in automation, should it be transactional or embedded. Also, how do we get the same data into our dashboards.

Hi Mridul_EY! We wanted to help you get started on this one - the data mapping part of the Employee Directory automation is just looking for the specific field names so that the platform knows which fields it should add to the Employee Directory. In order to bring this information into the Dashboard, you’d need to import Participants by importing from the Employee Directory, a Participant Import Automation (Lifecycle only) or by manually uploading a CSV file with the information desired. If you have any additional questions about this setup, be sure to reach out to our Support team, as they are best equipped to help!
