@QualtricsNovice2024 You can set up From name and Reply-to-email directly in the UI, the default email will be from qemailserver unless you have the custom email domains

Yes we do have an custom domain. 

If you have a custom domain, you can reach out to the support team. They can usually add this to the project instantly.
