Performance Reviews???

I have personally not run this project, but I assisted a client with setting this up at a previous employer. They set up a simple survey template for managers to fill out, and a simple dashboard so they could see the results of the team in aggregate. This organization had less than a dozen managers, running performance review data on less than fifty employees so it wasn't difficult. They used the survey report export functionality as a way to print employee reviews for their HR system.

I work for a school district and we have not used it for the performance reviews themselves, but we used Qualtrics last year for the first time for our Administration (Assistant Principals and Principals) to fill out their self-reflection/growth/goals and that was sent to their supervisor prior to their review being completed.

@Lauren_Chandler , one other thought I just had in reviewing this post is that you can also use embedded data on the participants to help make it easier for the participants to fill out the data on the individual being evaluated. Lastly, I can see weighting also coming into play here, meaning the manager’s score weighs more heavily than the peer score, and the peer score weighing heavier than a volunteer score, etc.
