I am curious if anybody’s had success with the new Qualtrics Assist “chatbot” within their employee engagement survey dashboards?
We are trying out this feature and considering adopting it for our next employee survey. We’ve enabled it in an existing dashboard, but so far the results seem… temperamental… So I’m curious to hear any success stories about the Qualtrics Assist chatbot and how you’ve optimized your EX reporting to leverage it.
