Hi all,

I am curious if anybody’s had success with the new Qualtrics Assist “chatbot” within their employee engagement survey dashboards?

We are trying out this feature and considering adopting it for our next employee survey. We’ve enabled it in an existing dashboard, but so far the results seem… temperamental… So I’m curious to hear any success stories about the Qualtrics Assist chatbot and how you’ve optimized your EX reporting to leverage it.

It sounds like you're diving into Qualtrics Assist! It's definitely a handy tool for quick, conversational discovery, especially for managers who want to grab insights without being data scientists. It really shines on focused dashboards with about 20 widgets or fewer—think Scorecards, Heat Maps, and Response Tickers. Just a heads-up that it can be a bit finicky if your dashboard gets too complex or if you're dealing with massive datasets over 2 million responses. Since it only sees the data you've already filtered, make sure you set those page filters exactly how you want them before asking a question.

It’s great for English-speaking users right now, but it's still growing when it comes to other languages and super high-concurrency needs. If you notice the tool acting a bit glitchy or not reflecting the dashboard data accurately, even after you've optimized your widget titles, it might be worth a deeper look.
