Reporting on Participants Project Status (Complete / Not Complete) in a Dashboard

Hello XM Community

Do you know if there is any possibility to report on participants in the EX lifecycle survey project?

We need to report on users who have not (yet) filled out a lifecycle survey but there seems to be no option to export this automatically on a frequent basis and show in a Qualtrics dashboard or elsewhere outside the system. The lifecycles we run are global and we are not collaborating them with local teams due to sensitivity of participant metadata.

We are struggling to find an automated option (besides doing this manually) that would allow us to get participant names and their project status with permissions limiting the users to see only their own location / realm based on participant metadata.

Many thanks.

Hi @atbkhd,

It is only possible to report on the response data in the dashboard. There are a few widgets that will allow you to pull in completion count, but it will not allow you to show any details of filter on individuals that have not yet responded. The whole data set if just focused on the response data, and not the participant data. Earlier today I did bring up this exact same challenge in a meeting with Qualtrics, and I think it would be a great addition to the tool, but currently you can only export the participants, and run reporting in Excel or similar.
