Hi there, I would like to share the idea to not only send a reminder to survey participants, but also to managers or teams who have been working on action items after the survey was closed. Helps them to come back to that point after a few weeks / months and to keep in mind what they wanted to work on.

Hi@Viktoria Stzthanks for sharing your idea. one of the best practices to involve internal users in the EX program is to configure alerts not only for events that happen on the dashboard (significant increases or decreases in the KPI) but alsoalerts for teams to follow up on action plans.
