Hi there, does any know if it is possible to do a query in TextiQ that looks for comments where the word “No” is the only comment people have made.  The client would like to add these to a “No comment” topic.  Many people just just written “no”.

Thanks!

If you just search for “No” then it will include every comment with the word “no” in it, e.g. There has been no change”….I don’t want this….I jsut want all the comments where the only word in the comment is No

Interested in same option.  Response Clarity is only available in a handful of languages so not an option for my company.

Response Clarity + conversational feedback is indeed a great idea. New languages should be added in the next few months so we’ll have to stay tuned. I’m waiting for French to be added as most of our clients speaks French & English here in Quebec, Canada !

Thanks - adding additional languages will help!

Still interested in a query option that can tag single word responses if anyone has a solution
