Hello everyone,

I am working on an engagement survey and need to create a button that allows users to unsubscribe from invitation emails. Is this possible in EX?

And if it is possible, is there a way to activate this option only for a specific population?

@Juan Zapata For EX contacts in the employee directory, there is no opt-out mechanism. This is something available for the CX context.

You could work with some custom metadata field for your contacts which you can use to filter your survey recipients when you schedule a new survey.

You could set some embedded data when the Button is clicked which you then use to define some condition to update the contact‘s metadata (via workflow/webservice/API).
