I would like to show the response rates for 4 lifecycle surveys a the dashboard, built inside the first survey project. It’s an onboarding survey structure with 4 touchpoint surveys. But the response rate widget can only handle the data from the original data source (1. touchpoint survey) where it is built. How can I show data from all the others? Invited numbers are not available outside the response rate widget…

Hi @annakrtzl - Unfortunately you are not able to do this with EX Lifecycle dashboards. The out-of-the-box response rates calculated as response count/invite count is done based on the primary survey data source where the dashboard is embedded. The dashboard will not pull in the response rate calculations/dataset for any additional surveys mapped to that dashboard.

The only way to accomplish for Lifecycle surveys would be to have a separate survey/imported data project where you run a custom process to have one record for each employee, and fields indicating whether they are invited to each survey and whether they have responded to each survey. You could then map this imported data project to your dashboard as an additional source. But you would then not be able to use the special EX participation rate widgets and would instead need to use more generic widgets such as gauge charts, bar charts, and tables to display your response rates.
