Getting Started with Workflows and Experience iD 

What can I expect during this event?

We’ll be joined by a technical expert from our Product Management team who will present an overview of xFlow (formerly Workflows) and XiD (formerly XM Directory). This session is intended for anyone with a CX license who is looking for either a refresher or an initial introduction. Here’s what you can expect to take away from this event:

• How to configure XiD to build a rich profile of customer data, have a complete 360-degree view of each experience within the customer journey, and personalize the experience customers receive
• How to leverage our workflow automation engine (xFlow) to streamline your CX efforts, integrate your standard systems, drive automated action, and close the loop with customers

Will the session be recorded and available after the event?

The session will be available for viewing after the event and the recording will be sent via email to attendees.

What languages will be supported during the live event?

There are two sessions to accommodate time zones in AMR, EMEA, and APJ. Both sessions will be presented in English, but Zoom’s closed captioning feature will be enabled to support captions translated to over 20 additional languages.
