Qualtrics Labs: Journey Mapping in the CX Program Hub

In this hands-on session, you'll map an actual customer journey from end to end, pinpoint the moments where friction costs you loyalty and revenue, and load that journey directly into Qualtrics — so you can manage, measure, and act on it from a single platform. You won't leave with a diagram on a whiteboard. You'll leave with a live journey inside your Qualtrics environment, ready to operationalize the moment you're back at your desk.

You'll learn how to:

• Create a Journey View to visualize your listening posts against the customer journey 
• Create an admin view to help visualize and optimize your listening program
• Identify opportunities, included in your existing license, to improve your current program

What to expect

• Build complete in your Qualtrics brand 
• A mix of live build and online pre- and post- work to guide you through the build process
• Limited number of spots for focused troubleshooting and community learning
