Qualtrics Labs: Salesforce Integration Edition

Join us for a hands-on Qualtrics Lab where you'll build a working Salesforce–Qualtrics integration from start to finish. This cohort-based experience is capped at 20 participants — so there's plenty of time to debug, troubleshoot, and ship together.

You'll learn how to:

• Pull Salesforce report data into XM Directory using a scheduled Qualtrics workflow
• Distribute a transactional survey that builds on embedded Salesforce data
• Write survey responses back to the matching Salesforce record using Qualtrics workflows

What to expect

• Build complete in your Qualtrics brand 
• A mix of live sessions and online pre- and post- work to guide you through the build process
• Cohorts capped at 20 for focused troubleshooting and community learning
• Join us live for part one on Tuesday, July 21, 2026
