Topic: Auto-Number Questions

Question numbers are not only a good way to identify your questions while reviewing your survey data, but they can also be displayed to respondents to allow them to keep an eye on their survey progress. While question numbers can be manually edited, the longer a survey gets, the more tedious manually changing question numbers becomes.

If you’d like all your numbers to be in order, you can use Auto-Number Questions to order all the question numbers in your survey at once. The numbering options you can choose from include sequential, block, and internal-ID numbering. If you’re not completely satisfied with the three default numbering options, you can customize your numbering method by selecting to add a custom prefix to your question numbers.

Make the most out of your time and start auto-numbering your surveys today!

Question of the Day: Do you tend to manually adjust your question numbers or do you use the auto number feature? Why?
