We are looking into solutions to schedule virtual appointments (using Microsoft Teams) using the Qualtrics platform. I have read the support article on creating an Appointment/Event Scheduling survey. Could anyone share their experience using this and if they successfully created an integration between this and Outlook calendars, as well as sending out automated emails with the appointment invite with the meeting link?
We have 10 different departments a customer can choose to schedule with, and we are looking for solutions using the Qualtrics platform to be able to do this. I would appreciate any insight, thanks!

LoriSanto when I worked for UW-Madison we used Qualtrics to schedule appointments between faculty who didn't often use Outlook or ate lease didn't keep their calendars up to date.
I would say Qualtrics is a difficult tool to use for this, just because at that time we weren't well integrated. We had to load the available times (manual) and then set up quotas to hide the time when an appointment was made. I then used trigger emails to inform both parties that they had an appointment with one another but because I am not a strong coder I couldn't get an invite attached (most code I found to replicate was for a predetermined time and date, but I needed it be variable on what was selected in the survey).
I will say, after making the tool and training a student in using the tool, that it only lasted for 2-3 iterations before being dropped as a resource.
