Hi Government community,
The use of AI in government has a lot of benefits to drive efficiencies, improved data analysis capabilities, and assist with evidence-based decisions, with the goal to drive better experiences for people and businesses (Digital Gov AU, 2024).
However, there are still many questions around how to best leverage and adopt AI within your department whilst ensuring you meet security and privacy standards.
Over the past few months, there have been exciting updates and investment at Qualtrics with achieving 2 key certifications: FedRAMP High authorization & ISO 42001:
- FedRAMP: U.S. government’s highest security standard for handling its data - read more about it here
- ISO 42001: The world’s first international standard for the responsible management of AI - learn more about it here
Additionally, the Australian Government actually just released a Guidance for AI adoption framework that I would recommend reading if you’re interested.
How are you using AI?
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
Thanks!
