Hello Government Group,
My name is Thomas Whitaker and I have been using Qualtrics for several years. I work at Iron Mountain which is a Fortune 600 which serves over 220,000 client organizations in over 50 countries. We have a particularly strong population of government clientele and internally at Iron Mountain I support several business units including our government group that in turn supports our SLED and Fed customers. As a Sr. CX Manager, I am responsible for listening to our business units, building feedback mechanisms to help collect data for our businesses, and analyzing the feedback. I look forward to connecting with members of this group in the future. I have some specific questions that I am hoping to get some insights on with regards to increasing our response rate with government clients. I’ll post that at a later time.
