Automating submission uploads onto a different platform

We currently use Qualtrics to collect information prior to a student registering for wellness services. There are several layers of assessment that capture student data, all of which is stored in a secure location on Box drive.
While volume has been lower due to COVID-19, I have been asked by a few colleagues if there are solutions that will automate this process in anticipation of a very busy fall semester. So essentially, the student would complete the form, and upon submission piped information from the form would automatically be uploaded into a spreadsheet in Box.
While I have seen other users discuss that this can be accomplished in Google, we are required to use Box for HIPAA compliance purposes. I have received conflicting answers to this question and am curious to see if other institutions have successfully implemented a similar solution. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
