Changing a course instructor

We are newly using Qualtrics Course Evaluations tool. Is there a way to change the instructor on a course for an evaluation that has already gone out and closed? The incorrect instructor was listed.

Hello Kristin, 

As the evaluation is closed, you would have to update the response data collected in the respective survey in Data & analysis section.

Apply the filter to find the impacted course and then replace the Instructor’s name for the filtered responses with the actual Instructor name.

    Hello Kristin,
