What are common user types?
- Qualtrics has provided two primary ready-made user types:
- Brand Administrator: The brand administrator is a special user type with the ability to edit administrative settings for the whole brand. Most users with access to the Admin page are Brand Administrators, with the exception of division administrators (which are a division setting, not a user type).
- Standard Account / Qualtrics – Standard: This user type generally has access to all the features in the brand except administrative ones.

- What features use up limited resources? (responses + SMS)
- If you are on DesignXM - video feedback, recorded responses, and SMS credits will count towards your credits. To learn more about what counts as a recorded response and an SMS credit, check the linked pages out!
- What training is available?
- XM Basecamp houses on-demand training videos, live training videos/webinars, and certification courses. While the content is free, the certification exams do come with an additional fee. You can qualify for a 50% discount as an education customer here.
