Creating large groups in Qualtrics

If you are creating accounts for dashboard sharing, we used the upload option outlined in the post below, to share the dashboards with our teachers.
Adding, Importing, & Exporting Users (CX) | And then you could change their "user type" once that information is uploaded. If you wanted to give them access to the full survey suite.

Hi KatA , thanks for the response. We are just using the CoreXM Platform and are looking to create a large group for sharing contacts and libraries. I don't think that CX process will work for us.

I think what you want to do is create User Divisions [https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/sp-administration/managing-users/user-divisions/]. The division is a subset of your users that all live in your "brand".
I used to be the Qualtrics Brand Admin when our school was the only user. Now, after site licensing at the central level, our school turned into a division, so I can only administer our division.
I was not part of the creation process but it looks like the GUI allows for only manual entry. However, the Divisions API [https://api.qualtrics.com/api-reference/reference/divisions.json] could be used to bulk-add users.
