Here are some common questions you may have about your users: 

  • How can I track my users’ usage?
    • As an admin, you can track the license usage or run an activity report, see instructions on how to here!
  • What features use up limited resources?
    • If you are on DesignXM - video feedback, recorded responses, and SMS credits will count towards your credits. To learn more about what counts as a recorded response and an SMS credit, check the linked pages out! (responses + SMS)
  • What features are included in CoreXM?
    • I would recommend reaching out to the Support Team about this. They will be able to let you know which features your account will have access to.
  • Who is my point of contact at Qualtrics?
  • What is the best way to manage my organization’s license?
    • Admin Reports are the best place to answer questions such as who is using how much of your license, who are your most engaged and least engaged users, and what is the quality of research happening in your company as measured by Expert Review. These metrics and more are illuminated in the Admin dashboard, consisting of the License Usage Report, the Activity Report, the Content Engagement Report, and the User Engagement Report. You can also use this tab to view your brand’s self-enrollment code.

  • How do I govern seats on another platform (CX or Design XM) vs my UW:

  • What training is available? 
    • XM Basecamp houses on-demand training videos, live training videos/webinars, and certification courses. While the content is free, the certification exams do come with an additional fee. You can qualify for a 50% discount as an education customer here.
