@riceball I would assume that 'Default' refers to a limit of 500 emails per week. However, I agree with your comment—end users should have visibility into their allotted email count. So for future projects, they would know to plan ahead and request an increase.

Hi @brookel.

The link you provided in the OP for users checking their account limit (email limit support page) doesn’t highlight that Account Settings have changed, and in order to access the screen in question users first have to click on the “Switch to older version” link. Can that documentation be updated so that we can continue to refer our users to the official Qualtrics documentation? (Or better yet, can Account Usage be added to the new version of Settings? That information is pretty crucial to this update, and it would be ideal if our users didn’t have to jump through hoops to see their info.)

This link includes a (not easily noticed) mention of having to switch to the older version, but it would still be nice to have an easier way for users to find where they can see their limit.

Thank you,

Ted Cain

Apologies - thank you for calling this out. This is a really great idea. I am presenting this request to our engineering team as we currently do not have this feature.

@riceball @Ash_Ley @h_mckim Ashley is correct! Default refers to a limit of 500.

Brand Admins can see a user's weekly email limit by looking at their permission through Admin > Users. "Default" means 500 and it is outlined on this Support Page. If they have a different value assigned other then 'Default' it should show the value there rather then the word 'Default'.

Just so we are clear: brand admins can see what another user’s weekly limit is but cannot see the user’s weekly usage without logging in as the user.  And a user can see their actual weekly usage but they will read ‘unlimited’ beside their weekly usage, not realizing that unlimited applies to their lifetime usage rather than weekly users, but a user cannot see their own weekly limit.  Am I missing something?  This seems terribly cumbersome and confusing.
