We are back with our next customer spotlight with Robin Schmid! 🤩
Q: Tell us about your current role:
A: I'm a Senior Training Support Specialist, supporting faculty, staff, students with a wide variety of software applications.
Q: Tell us about one project that you have run on Qualtrics that has been particularly impactful: 
A: Strategic Plan Refresh Data Gathering
The goal is to update the Strategic Plan goals based on faculty/staff feedback. After the data was collected it was reviewed and summarized and focus groups were formed to gather more in depth information on three specific pillars (liberal arts education, faculty/staff morale, current footing in Basilian tradition). The Strategic Plan will be updated and aligned with outcomes from the focus groups.
Q: What would you like to learn from others in the Community?
A: How others support the tool within their organization. More specifically, what makes an impact, how to distribute information, what has/hasn't worked. I'm also interested in hearing how others use Qualtrics for more than just surveys and what types of information is gathered within higher education.
Q: Do you have any additional or fun information you'd like to share as it relates to your experience with Qualtrics?
A: It is a powerful tool. It is an easy user interface. Qualtrics knowledge base is great! However, the survey flow is less intuitive than the rest of application.
