Here's a copy of a a BuzzFeed-style activity we've been using for three or four years during our on-site new student orientation at the library. In the before-times, we presented these images on a VLD (very large display) and students used clickers to vote. It was nice to be able to display responses to each question in real-time, making for some lively conversations. When we moved the activity online to Qualtrics, we lost a straightforward way to display summaries of responses on the fly, but we gained the chance for individuals to take their time with each prompt and to poke around to reveal various details about services and spaces. We also managed to create a summary report (linked in the End of Survey message) for students to check out the trends.
This year, the activity was presented as part of an Intro to the Library module at their New Student Orientation Canvas site.
Here's a link to a live copy of the survey. I worry about just presenting a .qsf file, because I fear some of our Look & Feel choices will get stripped. Let me know if you want a copy or to collaborate.
