Reporting agrees/disagrees from Likert scale | XM Community

Hi all! I’m relatively new to Qualtrics, and I’m really glad to be part of this community :)

I have a specific and a general question - generally, I’m looking for some training for my team on the analysis/reporting side of Qualtrics, specifically from an HE perspective (preferably UK if poss!). Any recommendations?

Specifically, most of our questions on our surveys are Likert-style (definitely agree>>>definitely disagree) and we mostly report on this by grouping by ‘agrees’ (satisfaction - e.g. 75% of students agree that they are satisfied with XXX on the course), but I haven’t worked out how to do this yet - we’d like to be able to live report this in some lovely graphs, and also cross-reference different questions - looking at the relationship by (for example) protected characteristics and satisfaction of various aspects of their student experience. I can’t work out how to pull any of the analysis into a report - can anyone help please?

Thanks! :)

Hi @RebeccaBou thanks for joining and asking!

I would recommend these resources:

  1. Support Pages
    1. Reports
    2. Likert-style
  2. Basecamp -  Data Analytics
  3. Additional Option: Live Partner Training (link here)

Hope this helps!

Lovely thank you!
