When I try exporting the SPSS in their “new” (non-legacy) format, I get a file that has all the variable names but no records. So the data is not being downloaded. Additionally, second issue is that we have over 10K lines of syntax that are written for the legacy format, and I just want confirmation that the transition to the new SPSS export format doesn’t change the way variable/field names are output.
I have attached a file with variable names but no records when exporting the SPSS in new non-legacy format. Any and all help appreciated. RS

You're not alone! Our research team is facing a similar issue.
Variable names are going to change - there is little doubt about that. It's quite annoying.
As per not seeing any data, there is little the community can do here I think; it might be best to contact qualtrics support via chat to troubleshoot. Are you applying any filters before downloading? That could do it!
