What are ways I can convince my department to upgrade our Qualtrics account to COREXM?

I work in higher education. Our current processes are outdated, risky, and contain room for human error. I am working for the analytics unit that was created to provide data integrity across the school. Right now, our current processes are through Canvas (for faculty and students), Banner (an internal platform we use to house all of our sensitive and private data) Shared drive (which limits us to using any cloud related platforms, hopefully soon changing) and Microsoft 365/Google for basic computing/vetting. Powerbi is our visualization tool, however, maintaining it is seems to be inefficient. We use Qualtrics for all of our surveys but I want to upgrade our account so we can start using the tools that are built into it, instead of using many different platforms. I would like to find out if any other admin from universities use CoreXM as their enterprise management tool, and if they have been successful with integrating it with internal and external data platforms. I am proposing this upgrade after I have my walk through with one of the tech executives from Qualtrics. I think that I can make this happen, if I gather the right information to propose. Additional services such as remedy (ticketing system), BOX (data sharing platform, for not as sensitive data), and safesend email (for csv, xls, doc, and others), but we have no real time streaming. We did have Powerbi embedded to feed from Sharepoint, but unfortunately the employee who created that code no longer works here. I have to rely on exporting the csv files from Qualtrics, formatting to fit Pbi, and then upload them to the dashboard (which not many employees have access to so it makes it difficult to share relevant information). We need to clean up our data, and we need to find solutions with how we manage it. It is at the forefront of importance for us to regain our reputation with data governance policies and processes that can be automatically set up and have limited human involvement. Our department plans to fix these problems and then continue on to make visualizations and decisions that will impact the student and faculty experience, along with the staff/administration here.

Hi Skylar_carmody

I came a cross your post searching for info on Qualtrics CX integration with SharePoint or Power BI.

On data visualisation: We have subscribed to Qualtrics CX (Vocalise dashboards), but have found the visualisation capability of the dashboards limiting and are building the case to have the QCX API so as to no longer need manual exportation of Qualtrics data into Power BI, but have an auto data feed.

Essentially we are looking to by pass using Qualtrics dashboards visualisation altogether [I'm a Brand Admin - my business Stakeholders are refusing to use the QCX dashboards]. Particularly as we are Office 365 and Team subscribers. We're finding Power BI works very well with modern SharePoint online (SP has a very accessible web part for PBI) for both casual users and power advanced data users.
