Attaching organizational ID to name selected in question

I have been trying to work this out for a while and have gotten stumped. It may be possible using embedded supplemental data, but I want to make sure of that before requesting the upgrade to use that.
I am creating employee assessment forms where a supervisor selects the supervisee from a drill down list. We use unique ID's already and I would like to attach the ID to the names of the supervisees so when I export the data I can run reports of all responses for that unique ID.
I have already managed to capture the respondents ID (supervisor) using an authentication branch.
Any ideas on how to move forward with this? Thank you in advance for your help.

Just like you have used authentication for the supervisor. If I understand you correctly you use the unique id's in dropdown for supervise. You can use thosesame unique ids as external data references in the contact list of all supervise data and then in survey flow use prefill in the second authenticator and pull all the other details of supervise.
