Best way to map a translated comment into Salesforce

Does anyone have a recommendation for how an English-translated response can be mapped to a Salesforce field? On our survey object in Salesforce we have created two fields for comments: 1. Native comment 2. Translated comment Since the translation in Qualtrics is not immediate upon submitting the survey, how can we map to the English translation shortly after?

We use Google translate as a webservice and get translations in real time, Thus, we are mapping the translation at the same time as the rest of the feedback.

Hi @MsIreen thanks for the feedback. Is this the out-of-the box feature Qualtrics has or you are using something else?

@matt4nier It was setup before I started in the company. SO I don't know how we got the Google side working, but we have an API key we are using to run translations in real time. I think It was setup as part of the implementation process, so Please confirm with your CSM. This is how the setup looks like !
