I have a survey that is used to collect application data that we activate/deactivate whenever we run recruitment for volunteers as it takes place at different times throughout the year. I am using a separate survey to create a mailing list of interested candidates who look to apply when the survey is deactivated (the inactive message sends them to this survey) - is there a way to automatically send an email to this mailing list once the original survey is reactivated? I can do it manually but if it could be automated it would be great!

Are you activating the survey manually? If so, I can't think of a way to send a distribution to that mailing list automatically. If you're not activating it manually, then you could potentially set up a distribution for the specific day you'd like to send the survey and have it sent to the mailing list (which should be accurate as of the last input).
