Hi Everyone, I would like to know if I can get an answer to my case. I have an integration happening between one survey and Service Cloud system. Once an SR is closed from Service Cloud system the survey is triggered to the customer. My question is can I hold the triggering to be triggered by the end of the week? ex. Let's say every Friday I want to trigger the survey for the requests closed during the previous week and the Friday's requests are excluded. Let me know if this can happen from Qualtrics side only or if I have to go to the Service Cloud system to build a logic there,

Qualtrics doesn't have this feature - you can delay every message by a few days, but there is no ability to batch-send as you are describing.
