Hi,
What are the steps to import a contact list from SFDC?

Hi ArpitAgrawal! There are actually a few different ways this can be accomplished. For example, you can use workflow rules to trigger the sending of the survey and carry over the info that's triggered, or you can import your SF contacts as a regular contact list. With that being said, we'd recommend reaching out to our Support team so they can walk you through the best setup for your scenario! 😊
