Do I have to have both Salesforce and Qualtrics account?

Hi,

 

We are trying to link Salesforce to one of our survey in Qualtrics. According to the online documentation: “Qualtrics always checks the Salesforce credentials of the project owner.”

Does this mean the project owner should have BOTH Qualtrics and Salesforce account/instance?

If you want to import/export from Salesforce you'll need accounts for both.

Hi @Des , Yes, the project owner must have both a Qualtrics account and a Salesforce account. This is essential because Qualtrics will verify the Salesforce credentials of the project owner when establishing and managing the integration.
