I’m currently looking into integrating Twilio with Qualtrics to enhance tracking and reporting. One key question I have is—can this integration help us capture the exact status of each invite (sent, delivered, or failed)?

If yes, this data could be a game-changer in CX dashboards, enabling us to calculate more accurate response rates and drive deeper insights.

Would love to hear from anyone who has explored or implemented this integration—what’s your experience?

Haven’t used it for dashboards, but Twilio does provide the status of the sms which can be fed back to Qualtrics.

Thanks, Ahmed. Good to know will check how we can feed that SMS status back into Qualtrics for better tracking.

Hi @Nanditha MM ,

The support page is well detailed for variables available in the funnel dashboard for emails but not that much for SMS. That being said, there’s a mention that the variable Email Sent works as well for SMS : https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/widgets/xm-directory-respondent-funnel/#DefaultFields. I haven’t tested all variables but most of the ones that make sense to use for SMS seem to work. Example: bounce, block, Fail.

Hope this helps.
