Has anyone successfully mapped Employee Central’s “Termination Reason” field using “Extract Employee Data from SuccessFactors Task”?
We wish to filter for voluntary exits as part of condition for exit survey; this should be identified by termination reason - event reason. We are having issue identifying the path to the field.
“employmentNav/jobInfoNav/eventReasonNav/name” maps to last effected event reason thus is not helpful, we wish to send the survey upon entering of termination details in SuccessFactors.
any help or sharing would be appreciated!
